im not sure if overnight counts as your “24 hours of moderate use”
but on my Evo running synergy, i can get closer to 2 days with moderate usage (including overnight) on a 1800 mah battery. with 3500mah, math would leave me to believe closer to 4 days than “over 24 hours”
*this would be when intentionally turn off radios, airplane mode when I’m sleeping, etc

I have loved my $18 expansys extended battery. The cover has lousy clips, but is otherwise great.
It is at least twice the stock battery!
I get 48 hours with my stock battery and stock EVO 3D. I never turn the WiFi off. Use it constantly. When i tether I use easy tether. I take lot’s of videos and pictures because I’ve got a 16 month old. So what I’m trying to say is, my phone rocks and so does my battery!!!
