Motorola Droid Bionic has an issue, reminds us of a previous Droid

Sometimes, phones just have problems. Specifically, Droids have problems. I showed you a major flub-up on Verizon's part when I reviewed the Samsung Droid Charge. And now, it's looking more and more like Verizon and its partners might need to inspect their devices a bit more carefully before they release them to market.

The Motorola Droid Bionic, Verizon's latest in the Droid series of smartphones, seems to emit a high-pitched whining noise while you listen to music through some headphones. It's a pretty widespread issue, too.

I hate to say it, but Verizon hasn't really been up to par (in my eyes, anyway) lately. I would love to see them become a little better in their quality control departments, but one blogger can only do so much.

If any of you have a Droid Bionic, have you experienced anything like this yet?
