Good and EVO

Newegg also selling HTC EVO 3D for just $49.99

Evo3d-newegg You can now add Newegg to the growing list of online retailers who are selling the HTC EVO 3D for $49.99 (Wirefly and Amazon also currently have the device listed for $49.99). This price is good for new customers and comes with free standard shipping via FedEx. For eligible upgrades, or additional lines on family plans, the price becomes $99.99.

This really doesn't come as much of a surprise, since Newegg's online storefront seems to be a rebranded version of the Wirefly site. But it is still significant that yet another major online electronics retailer is offering the phone at such a ridiculously low price.

Of course, if you want a white version of the EVO 3D, you'll have to shell out the full $199.99 at Radio Shack. There have also been reports that Best Buy is planning a purple version, although a release date and final price have not yet been announced.

sigh. I sure wish you guys would stop saying they are selling them for $50. They aren’t $50 for current evo users (most of your readers!) – they are $100.

  • I hate to say it but I agree with gticlay. There is no reason to keep posting on this site that the phone is a certain price when that price is for new customers. Most people on this site are already evo users. You just get peoples hopes up. Put up some deals that will help current evo owners. But in the end all info on evo are relevant.

  • Sorry for any misunderstandings. The article does differentiate between new/current customer pricing, and this site caters to both current EVO owners and those who are considering buying an EVO. As far as posting deals for current EVO owners — unfortunately, since we don’t sell anything, we can’t create deals. We can only report on what we find, and $100 for current customers is still an awesome buy for this device!

Thanks for reading and giving us your feedback!

Hey John, nothing wrong with posting the pricing for the Evo 3D, as many of us know there is pricing for New and Existing Sprint Customers as you have pointed out.
In addition, there may be Existing customers who would like to add a line. And many would like the choice of vendors to choose from.
But, I’ll be sticking with my Evo 4G ‘s, the 2 of them, as I purchased another as a backup ;-)

Adding a line dosnt give you the $50 price, I wish it did though.

Not that I want one, but how about information on whether Sprint is going to release the new Evo 4G+ or whatever it’s called or if they are killing that model and releasing the iphone5, or if they will sell BOTH! Let’s hope both and that that Evo 4G+ is released very soon.
