CyanogenMod 7 alpha now available for the HP TouchPad

Having a tablet that might only have set you back $100 (if you were lucky enough to take advantage of the clearout sale in the US) surely has some benefits, and one of these being the ability to get a little crazy and hack it to your heart’s content. For those of you jumping on this bandwagon, you’ll be happy to know that CyanogenMod 7, a famous custom version of Android, is now available for end users of the HP TouchPad (rather than as a proof of concept). Even though it’s still an alpha version, you can see it won’t be too long until this is running full steam. Check the video for some visual delight.
