OfficeSuite Pro – normally priced at $14.99 – is a complete office suite, which means you can not only view .DOC, .XLS, and .PPT documents, but you can edit the files too! You can also view .PDF files (eliminating the need for another program to open these apps) and save and view the Office 2007+ formats like .DOCX.
Another nice feature of this app is that you can easily connect to your Google Docs account. This way, whereever you are, your notes or homework will follow you.
