Ubuntu running on an Asus Transformer
This is another one of those times when you sit back in amazement at the group over at XDA. A forum member over there has managed to get Ubuntu running on his Transformer, with or without the attached dock. It’s still in the earlier stages of development, but they’ve managed to get Linux running natively as opposed to an SD card. If you have any interest in helping out, or just want to check the process, hit this link up and see how good these guys are. Needless to say, be extremely careful when working with your devices in these scenarios, as there is a chance you may brick your device.
