If there's one thing that we've learned from devices that have reached the end of their life, it's that they are sold for dirt-cheap after their deaths. The Dell Streak 5 is unfortunately dead, but it's still being sold . . . and for a fantastic deal.

CowBoom, an online retailer of "brand-name new, pre-owned, and refurbished" electronics, is selling the Streak 5 for an incredibly low price of just $149.99 unlocked. That price is normally considered a good deal for a great smartphone even on a contract, so the fact that it's unlocked is stellar.

Keep in mind that these are pre-owned devices, but it's still a fantastic deal. CowBoom is a subsidiary of Best Buy, though, so all of the products being sold (new or otherwise) should be of high quality.

And really, $149.99 for such a great phone is a fantastic deal. I'd jump on it A.S.A.P.

[CowBoom] Thanks, Aaron!
