HTC EVO 3D launches in South Africa
More and more of countries of the world are jumping on the HTC EVO 3D train, and this week it's South Africa.
The superphone was just released there and will be distributed by Leaf International Communications, the licensed distributor of HTC products in the country.
It is reported to be available from the following carriers:
- Altech Autopage Cellular
- Lab88
- Nashua Mobile
- Virgin Mobile
The South African version of the HTC EVO 3D retails for around 6,888 rand (~$849), which is fairly steep in a direct conversion, but it's unclear if that is on-contract or off (and direct currency conversions are never an accurate way to evaluate prices, anyway).
So let's welcome our new South African EVO 3D brothers and sisters to G&E!
