Select Barnes & Nobles selling Nook Tablet already

Nook-Tablet

Although the Nook Tablet wasn't supposed to launch until Thursday, it seems that some Barnes & Noble stores, regardless of that previous launch date, are starting to sell the 7-inch tablets to customers.

Now obviously, your results will vary from store to store. But at least some stores are letting a few of these tablets go already. It seems that your chances are a little better if you preordered, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you can't get your hands on one if you didn't preorder.

It certainly makes sense to at least check your local B&N for one of these considering the value you get for your money. For $250, you're getting yourself a dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and an overall great 7-inch tablet.

If you can't get your B&N store to let you take one home early, are you going to be able to wait until Thursday for the real launch? I think the Nook Tablet has some serious potential against its competition. What are your thoughts?
