Dell isn't totally leaving Streak line or Android

Last week, I was the bearer of terrible news about the Dell Streak 7's cancellation. This week, I'm happy to report on a bit of a lighter note; while Dell did confirm that the Dell Streak 7 is no longer sold online, the company did assure its fans that it won't be leaving the Android platform anytime soon.

There's an insanely long press statement, and I won't be posting the whole thing here, but there is one sentence out of the entire thing that really stood out:

"A 10-inch version of the tablet, Streak 10 Pro, is currently offered in China, offering the ultimate digital divide between work and life."

The italization was added by me for emphasis. Dell has the Streak 10 Pro out in China already, and while we knew that the 10-inch tablet was already headed to the US next summer, that quote directly from Dell certainly helps ease the pain that Dell has been dishing out lately.
