Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexuses start showing up at Verizon stores

Gnexret-620x464

Although the worldwide GSM version has been able to be purchased from various online retailers for a few weeks now, the Verizon-destined Samsung Galaxy Nexus hasn't quite reached that status yet. And even though it's anyone's guess as to exactly what date the newest Googlephone will reach Big Red, it seems that time's inching ever closer to the official launch.

Above is a rather sneaky shot of the packing for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, and obviously the device itself. Red adorns the innards of the packaging and surrounds that gorgeous piece of hardware that I know a lot of you have been lusting over since the original announcement.

Unfortunately, like with most spy-shots, pricing and the official launch date are yet to be released. But if these phones are starting to arrive at Verizon's retail stores already, I can't imagine the 9th of this month (Friday) is too ridiculous of a guess.
