HzO attempting to make your next Android device waterproof

In case you've been living under a rock, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is well underway. CES is a showcase of all the cool stuff that we'll be rockin' this year, and a lot of things have been unveiled so far, including Gorilla Glass 2

What's the next cool thing? HzO and their WaterBlock technology. And as you can see in the video above, it's pretty amazing.

A quick coating with this solution on the electrical components during production makes the device completely waterproof, which unfortunately means that this cannot be added to existing phones.

If you've ever had a phone go for a swim before (like me), then I'm sure you're hoping HTC will come through and add this feature to the next HTC EVO. And maybe other manufacturers will  include WaterBlock technology to their Android phones and tablets too.
