Amazon Appstore gets updated again, finally does what it was supposed to last update
About a month ago I announced the Amazon Appstore was updated. The best part of the update for me was the fact that you could disable those annoying notifications. I almost went back a week later and updated that post because as it turned out, I was still getting those notifications. Well apparently there was a bug that was still allowing some notifications through. Yesterday I was prompted to download a new version of the Appstore, version 2.3.0, and among the many bug fixes and stability improvements, you should now not be getting anymore notifications if you have them turned off. Right. Time will tell if they got it fixed this time. You should be prompted to update your Appstore from a notification, or just open the app up.
