Could the HTC One X be coming to Sprint, too?

Htc-one-x-white

So far, we already know that the much anticipated HTC One X is definitely headed for AT&T, and its smaller sibling, the HTC One S, will be released on T-Mobile. However, Sprint was largely absent from HTC's fanfare at Mobile World Congress, which left many wondering what Sprint's HTC strategy would look like going forward.

However, according to the latest leaked information, the HTC One X very well could be making its way to Sprint after all, as early as June 10. Codenamed the HTC Jet, this device has identical specs to the One X that will grace AT&T's airwaves, except for its 3G/4G radios, of course. Here's what we know so far about this device:

Until now, all HTC Android devices on Sprint have been EVO-branded: the original HTC EVO 4G, the EVO Shift 4G, the EVO 3D, and the EVO Design 4G. In other words, Sprint and HTC have built up quite a recognizable brand name and image, which leads many to believe that this next device will also be called an EVO.

This makes sense, given Sprint's glaring absence during HTC's One Series announcements. But regardless of what this device ends up being called, I am personally happy to see that Sprint's not being excluded from the party. Now, the only major player here in the US we have yet to hear from is Verizon.
