SPBrowser lets your Sony Tablet P view two webpages at the same time

Tabletp_app

If you couldn't already tell, we're basically in love with the Sony Tablet P. It has not one, but two 5.5-inch screens that fold together to make a durable clamshell device. Unfortunately, not a lot of apps have taken advantage of those two screens – until today. The screenshot above shows the SPBrowser, a browser that was developed specifically for the Tablet P.

You can view two webpages at once with the SPBrowser. For example, the browser in the picture above put our awesome forums on top and Engadget on the bottom. When you long-press on a link, you're given the option to open it up on top, bottom, or spread across both screens. This makes for an incredibly functional and efficient browser.

It's not perfect yet, though. There are a few rendering issues, and Flash is always on, which may be a concern if you haven't taken care of the battery problem yet. It is free, so if you own a Tablet P, I'd encourage you to check it out. I'd also encourage you to check out our Sony Tablet P subforum, where you can find other cool stuff just like this!
