HTC One Series launches today in Europe and Asia

Even if some retailers jumped the gun a bit early, the HTC One Series, which includes the One X, One S, and One V, is launching today in many place around the world, including central Europe, China, and Taiwan. And along with this launch, HTC is starting a new advertising campaign called "As Recommended By," that tries to explain how it's distinguising itself among a very crowded, Android-filled playing field. The caption to the video above reads:

Welcome to HTC One, a phone which was designed with the belief that no one person is the same as everyone else.

We believe that one recommendation is a 1000x more powerful than ours, which is why we have always put that one person at the heart of everything we do.

Aww, very touchy-feely, isn't it?

HTC promises additional videos to come, including what it calls the "world's first free fall fashion shoot," in which a couple amateur photographers capture their experiences sky-diving with – you guessed it – the HTC One X. HTC really is hyping up the picture-taking abilitities of the One line-up, so it will certainly be interesting to see what else they manage to cook up for promotional materials.

So how many of you out there (outside of the US, obviously) are getting your One phone today?
