Leaked GT-I9300 service manual suggest slightly different Galaxy S III specs

Gt-i9300-manual

Well, if it isn't another Galaxy S III/next Galaxy rumor. We've already seen plenty things like leaked benchmark tests, but so far the most credible information we have is that Samsung will almost certainly use their just announced Exynos 4 Quad processor in the device. However, today we have yet another leak, this time of what looks like a service manual for the GT-I9300 (very likely the S III's model number), with slightly different specifications than previous leaks.

As you can see in the image above, the GT-I9300 appears to have an 8MP camera, 1.5GHz quad-core CPU, HSPA+ connectivity, a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display, and a plethora of connectivity and sensors. What is interesting about this is that the leaked  benchmark mentioned earlier says the display is a 4.7-inch panel, while other leaks have suggested a 4.6-inch size. Also, the same benchmark suggested a 12MP camera, not 8MP, and the processor is clocked at 1.5GHz instead of 1.4GHz.

Most likely, this is a result of the various designs Samsung may have tested for the Galaxy S III, or it could possibly be different carrier versions of the device. Either way, these are still perfectly suitable specifications. and we will find out for sure on May 3rd, and whatever Samsung releases will doubtless be impressive, slight spec variations aside.
