FishFarts Kids will keep your little ones (and you) entertained

FishFarts - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here

I have three nieces and nephews, and it never fails that whenever I have a tablet in my hands it acts like a kid magnet. I need to be ready to have them climbing up in my lap and want to play with it. They of course only see it as a portable game unit, and I am more than happy to oblige them. I love seeing their faces light up when they are playing on it, and I have at least a few games that are tailored for kids on each of my tablets for just these times. One of their favorites is called FishFarts Kids.

I don’t know what it is with farting, but it makes most people laugh, no matter what their age is. From the days of the Whoopee Cushion to fart machines, it all makes people laugh. FishFarts Kids is actually the free version of the game. You could consider it a free play mode, where there is no timer, score, or really any objective. If you want to play the actual FishFarts game you can purchase it for $0.99 in the Google Play store. But unlike a lot of free or lite versions of games, this one contains no ads. This is actually really sweet because it means that the developer truly made it for kids. With no ads popping up, that means that kids won’t be taken somewhere else when they are trying to play.

The game-play itself is really quite simple, and this is one of those games that I have to say you need to download and play yourself to get the whole picture. I was going to post a video, but it really is much funnier when you do it yourself, and since it’s free, there really is no reason for you not to try. The whole point of the game is to touch the fish that are swimming around, and then they will zoom off your screen while making a farting noise. Each type of fish makes a different noise, and tapping a bunch of different ones in a row can be quite comical. There are also bubbles that can be popped, but that isn’t as much fun.

Whether you have kids or not, if you own an Android device you have to try this app out at least once. My wife found it a while ago and every once in a while I will catch her tapping those fish and cracking up on the couch. This app is Android only. I did find a game in the Apple App Store called Fish Farts, but it is not the same game. While looking in Google Play, I also found that they have a Fish Farts Live Wallpaper, which is free if you are looking for a new wallpaper to eat your battery. I’d love to hear what you think after playing your first game.
