White HTC EVO 4G LTE to arrive on Sprint July 15
Remember how we told you that a white HTC EVO 4G LTE would make an appearance very soon? Well, it looks like “soon” is Sunday, July 15 – only ten days from now – as Sprint is getting itself ready to launch the device on that date for $199.99 on contract.
According to the internal leaked document that appears above, there will be some other nice deals that launch at that time, including a BOGO offer on the Samsung Epic 4G Touch, which makes each handset average only $50 on contract. Of course, the Epic 4G Touch is a WiMAX device, so it would only make sense to buy it if you’re already in a WiMAX area with great coverage, and you don’t expect Sprint to give you LTE in the next few months.
Otherwise, the EVO 4G LTE is looking mighty fine in white – and I’m a little disappointed that it wasn’t available at launch time, as I would have probably opted for that color. What about you – are you picking up an EVO in white?
