Get rid of your iPhone 4S and get $300 towards an HTC phone

htc trade up - for some reason we don't have an alt tag hereSo, you decided to give iOS a shot. You bought the iPhone 4S, and you later regretted your decision – but you just didn’t have the cash to buy a different phone. Sure, the iPhone 5 was released this morning – one year later – but it’s still so similar to the iPhone 4S, and in all honesty, you really want to go back to Android. What should you do?

Well, HTC is now giving potential customers up to $300 for their old smartphones – and that includes $300 for the 64GB iPhone 4S. Here’s how it works:

  1. Buy a new HTC phone from any retailer.
  2. Go online to htctradeup.com and input your old phone’s model and condition.
  3. Enter the ESN, MEID, or IMEI on your new HTC phone.
  4. Send in your old phone, and get a Visa gift card in return.

The dollar amounts that HTC is offering are very competitive with similar trade-in sites, so it’s definitely worth your while to give HTC a shot if you’re looking for an easy way to get rid of your phone. Of course, Craigslist or eBay almost always offer better deals, but this requires very little effort on your part.

So give it a try if you find yourself in this position, and enjoy your new HTC phone!
