Black HTC Ones S now available on T-Mobile

one s black - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here

Well, we reported just a few days ago that a black variant of the HTC One S would be available soon on T-Mobile, and now that day has come. The nation’s fourth largest carrier just started offering the device in this color (it’s calling the color “ceramic black”) for free on a new two-year contract, with a $50 mail in rebate.

For a limited time, T-Mobile is also throwing in a free case with the phone – not an especially noteworthy deal, but free is free, right?

This variant of the One S is exactly the same as the previous version, complete with Ice Cream Sandwich (Jelly Bean is on the way), a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 8MP back camera, 1080p video recording, a 4.3-inch qHD AMOLED 960×540 display, and 16GB internal memory. All in all, not a bad phone – but like I said before, with the new Nexus 4 and Samsung Galaxy Note II, this little guy has some stiff competition.
