Heads up, LTE iPad with Retina display preorderers: your new gadget may be arriving at your doorstep this Friday, November 16.
This news is according to a number of customers who have gotten shipping confirmation emails from Apple, emails that say that the fourth-generation iPads that are equipped with LTE are going to arrive this week.
A November 16 launch date seems logical since Apple promised that the LTE-equipped models would be shipped around two weeks after the WiFi-only models. Unfortunately, though, this seems to only apply to the iPad with Retina display models: iPad minis that are equipped with LTE radios are still showing shipping times of “2 weeks,” and preorders of those models aren’t set to arrive until November 21-23.
If you preordered a new iPad with LTE, let us know if it’s coming this week!
