The Lumia 810 can be picked up for $149.99 with a $50 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract, or you can go the unsubsidized route for $549.99. This pricing is somewhat disappointing when compared to superior Lumia 920 that AT&T is offering for just $99.99. The Windows Phone 8X, on the other hand, is currently going for $199.99 with a $50 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract – the same price as on AT&T – or $599.99 off-contract. Strangely, T-Mobile lists the device as the “HTC Windows Phone 8X by HTC,” which seems redundant.
AT&T customers have had access to Windows Phone 8 handsets since Friday, while Verizon plans to start selling the Windows Phone 8X by HTC with exclusive wireless charging and the Nokia Lumia 822 tomorrow for $199.99 and $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, respectively. If you’re in the US, you might be wondering where Sprint is. While the network will not be offering any Windows Phone 8 devices this fall, it does plan to hop on the bandwagon sometime next year.
Have you picked up a new Windows Phone 8 device yet? If so, which one?
