appyfridays - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here

AppyFridays is a relatively new service that is designed to offer Mac users deep discounts on popular apps from the Mac App Store every Friday. Today just so happens to be a Friday, and AppyFridays is back to offer a few apps at a discount of up to 80% off the original asking price.

What makes this Friday more special (aside from the whole “end of the world” thing) is that this week’s deal also offers a free app with the purchase of any of the discounted apps. In addition to the free app, AppyFridays is also extending the offer through December 28 due to the taking off of time throughout the holidays by Apple’s app review team.

The apps that are being offered this week are as follows:

  • Cookie Cutter – Select one of the 50+ shapes, place it on your photo, and seconds later you have the perfect cut out.
  • Marked – Beautifully designed previewer for MultiMarkdown, Markdown, Text and HTML files. Adds an ideal “live” Markdown preview.
  • Music Recorder – Stylish and feature rich audio recorder, which empowers you the ability to record computer audio, microphone and other audio input device in a single click. Plus more great tools.
  • Startrail – Give your boring mouse pointer some soul. Startrail turns it to animated arrow to impress everyone around.

Music recorder is $4.99, while the other three are $0.99. If you want any of those apps – in addition to the free one that the company is offering – head on over to the AppyFridays link below to buy and download them.
