HTC One Switch beta sign up page goes live

SWITCH

We reported last week on Switch for the HTC One, a project that will allow you to easily switch between the official Sense ROM and the official Google Play Edition ROM on your device – or at least as close as one can get to these ROMs while still remaining rooted. Now, if you want to be one of the first in line to try this new feature, you can sign up to be placed on the beta waiting list. The link for the sign up page appears below, in the source links.

To recap, Switch will be baked into a custom ROM that one can flash through normal methods in recovery. It is based on both the 2.24 European HTC One ROM (Android 4.2.2) and the shipping Google Play edition ROM. However, since slight variations do exist between different HTC One models for different carriers, it might be a little while before all versions of the HTC One are supported.

In any case, if you do have a supported device and want to try it out, make sure you sign up below!
