Deal alert: HTC offers the 2013 HTC One for free today only

HTC promo email

No, this is not an April Fool’s Day joke. For today only, HTC is offering last year’s HTC One M7 for free, with a two year contract on Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint. As an added bonus, AT&T users can choose either the carrier-branded version of the device, or the developer edition that comes with an unlocked bootloader.

Additionally, Verizon customers can only choose the standard silver version, AT&T customers can choose between silver or black, and Sprint customers can silver grey, black, or red. The offer also includes free express shipping.

I was personally notified of this offer through a targeted email, but it seems like the deal is available for anyone through the link below. If you’re interested in a phone that’s a year old, but still quite capable, you will have to order it today – by tomorrow, this offer will be no more.

Anyone getting a free HTC One today?
