Tip: Add reminders to Google Now from Google.com on the web [Video]

We’ve already told you about how awesome location-based reminders are in Google Now, but did you know that you can set these reminder from any device that’s also signed into Google – including your desktop or laptop?

Check out the video above, in which I demonstrate this in action. In this video, I made sure I was signed into Google, and then I typed this into the search bar at Google.com:

Remind me to buy milk next time I’m near Target

As you can see, a Google Now box popped up, allowing me to add the reminder. Next, I asked Google to remind me to call my mom tomorrow. (I’m such a good son!) These Google Now reminders are synced between all mobile devices on which Google Now is signed in.

This is yet another way that Google is bridging the gap between mobile and desktop, and I love it. It’s also a reminder that Google Now is so much more than voice actions. Enjoy!

Thanks, Charles!
