@evleaks is full of HTC surprises for us this Monday! After hearing about the HTC Desire heading to Virgin Mobile soon, we are also hearing that the HTC One Remix is scheduled to launch on Verizon this Friday, July 24. Known as the HTC One mini 2 in all other parts of the world, it will feature a 4.5-inch 720p display, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and an embedded 2100mAh battery.

In the past few months, the device has apparently made its way through the FCC, and even inadvertently appeared on Verizon’s Youtube channel a bit early. Some rumors indicate that the Verizon version will include an extra gigabyte of RAM, making this phone have 2GB total.

It’s no HTC One M8, but it’s certainly no slouch, either, and would be more than fine for the majority of everyday consumers who want to experience HTC’s take on Android, without the high price tag.
