Deal alert: Existing Chromecast owners can also get two free months of Hulu Plus

hulu

Last week, we mentioned that new Chromecast owners can get two free months of Hulu Plus, which is a $16 value. If you were already planning on subscribing to Hulu Plus, then your Chromecast will only set up back $19. Not bad! But what if we told you that anyone with a Chromecast – regardless of how long you’ve owned it – can also get two free months of Hulu Plus?

This means that if you’ve been lucky enough to get some of the other sweet Chromecast deals that have come and gone over the past year, your Chromecast might have turned out to be, in effect, totally free. And that’s really sweet.

The sleuths over at Android Police discovered that the Hulu Plus offer appears to be open to anyone in the US, regardless of when they purchased their Chromecast, so hop on it now. To check and see if this offer is available to you, you’ll need to visit chromecast.com/offers from a laptop or desktop computer that is connected to the same WiFi network as your Chromecast.

You’ll have to give Hulu your credit card number when signing up for the free service, but if you decide to cancel before the two months is up, you won’t be charged. Anyone planning on taking advantage of this?
