Rumor: The HTC One M9 will come in two different screen sizes

HTC One M9

The HTC One M9 rumors keep on rolling in, this time from France. According to the French tech site Nowhereelse, HTC’s upcoming flagship will come in two sizes: the HTC One M9 will feature a 5-inch screen, while the HTC One M9 Plus or Ultra will come with either a 5.2 or 5.5-inch screen.

According to the rumor, the smaller variant will feature a 1920×1080 resolution, while the larger Plus or Ultra will have a resolution of 2560×1440. Both will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon S810 processor with eight cores (4x2GHZ + 4 +1.5GHz), 3GB of RAM, an Adreno 430 graphics chip, and a 20MP back camera with a 13MP front-facing camera.

Of course, all of this should be taken with a few shakes of salt until HTC announces this officially on March 1. But in the meantime, it looks like this phone is shaping up to be quite awesome. What do you think of everything you’ve heard so far about the One M9?
