Samsung will give you a free Galaxy S6 if you buy a 4K TV

When Paul and I went to CES last January, we saw a lot of 4K TVs. While their high price point is keeping them out of reach for many consumers, there’s no denying that the images produced on these things is clearer and crisper than anything we’ve experienced on a TV screen before. It’s pretty amazing the first time you see it in person.

Perhaps that’s why Samsung is trying to sweeten the deal when buying one of its 4K TVs. For a limited time, the company is offering a Samsung Galaxy S6 32GB for free, or a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge for $400, which is about half off the retail price, when you buy select 4K TV models.

While this is an awesome deal, it’s still not cheap. Here’s what you can expect to pay for any of the models eligible for the offer:

  • JS8500: $1,497.99
  • JS9000: $3,497.99
  • JS9500: $4,497.99
  • JS8600: $7,997.99
  • JS9100: $8,997.99

This all ends August 1, so make sure to hurry if you’re interested.
