Deal: Microsoft Offering Select Oscar-winning Films + $5 Gift Card For As Little As $4.99
It’s Oscar week and while I don’t give a rip about the Oscars I do enjoy a good deal. From now through February 27 you can get select Oscar winning films from Microsoft’s Movies and TV store for as little as $4.99. In addition, Microsoft will send you an email with a $5 gift card code that you can use on future purchases. There’s a nice list of movies available including The Godfather, The Sting, Braveheart, and many more.
Right now the only options you have for viewing the movies are Xbox, Windows 10, and Windows 10 Mobile. Hopfeully Microsoft will get their act together and release apps for Android and iOS at some point. The offer expires February 27 at 11:59 PM PST.
