The newest excellent unlocked budget phone, the BLU VIVO 8L, is on sale for a limited time for $149 at Amazon. I just reviewed this phone and it is my new favorite budget device. Seriously, go read the review now. It feels great, performs just fine, and looks sharp to boot. BLU hasn’t provided an end-date for the sale but when it does end the phone will return to its normal price of $200.
