It’s Sprint… again…
I got a text message that filled me with dread yesterday. Once again a Sprint rep had changed my plan on a number without getting an OK with me.
Previously on Paul’s dealing with Sprint late 2017 they’d changed the plan on the wrong phone number after three hours+ trying to get them to fix the Wireless tethering issue. They could not change it back.
Two days ago after unsuccessfully attempting to switch my wife’s phone, I’d activated it with a chat rep who in turn must have noticed something was afoot with my bill.
Yesterday I got the text and an email from a rep I’ve never talked to explaining that the rep from the 19th of October (26 days before,) had changed the plans incorrectly (different number on account,) and I was going to be charged significantly more as a result so they changed this one and had made some other changes to the account.
They did not change back the other number to the old plan however.
So yeah, thanks Sprint for changing that plan which I had decided not to change without contacting me. It did save me a phone call, but it also didn’t put the incorrectly changed number back.
At this point I’ll take it
