How to talk to Sprint customers about the T-Mobile merger
A couple of days ago XDA Developers posted the Sprint Employee Talking Points for reps to use with customers concerned about the upcoming Sprint/T-Mobile merger.
For the most part, there’s nothing particularly useful there, rates are not going up, service will be better, customer service teams will be placed on an island with exploding neck bombs and forced to kill their coworkers and only the best will remain, nothing changes for now.
The very first item on their list caught my eye as I remember when we were at war with Oceania.
Item 1: We’re very excited that Sprint and T-Mobile have agreed to merge. This is terrific news for customers.
So T-Mobile, they’re not “ghetto” now? Or is Sprint getting “ghetto?” So confused with this. Are we ghetto now? That’s not on my talking point list.
What I wonder is what the future name of the companies will be. Keeping it separated or will we have my “SprinT-Mobile” adopted?xda developers]
