We switched to AT&T fiber at work over the weekend (Nashville, TN) and now we’re down and downdetector’s saying some of you are as well.

So while I play phone commando, any of you having issues with AT&T/U-Verse/ etc?

— Mon 80% packet loss
After 47 minutes talking to AT&T the tech I talked to doesn’t see an outage. Also can’t dispatch a tech for reasons he doesn’t understand so he’s sent an email to a manager to see why our account is undispatchable (told him it’s most likely not our issue, but says he’s has to dispatch, which he can’t do.)
Also sorry if this announced multiple times for people – seems to have decided to send again and again and again every time I updated something because… evidently I have no stable internet connection.
I will disable our push notifications if it continues.
— got call from account manager who called up and the next tech tried running me through the same hoops the previous tech had.
