Facebook knew about Cambridge Analytica activity months before public report and other things you already know

Some new court filings suggest that Facebook knew about Cambridge Analytica activity months before media exposed the scandal.

In case it’s been too many Facebook scandals ago, that’s where they gave data of 87 million or so Facebook users to Cambridge Analytica to voter profile without consent, and potentially swayed results in several elections.

Facebook appears to be saying yes, it knew, it never mislead anyone about the Cambridge Analytica timeline, and… sigh… come on Facebook, be better. This is like scandal #4 going on concurrently.
