Stupid WiFi booster spam is stupid

A few weeks ago I started getting spam for speeding up my internet to speeds up to 300mbps!
Yup, you read that right, 300mbps. That’s about 30% of what my internet speed is, so whatever. That link goes to a spam blog that looks a bit like so:

I’m not going to link to the site because I like not ruining Pocketable’s SEO by linking to spam, but the link in the first picture will get you there.
The claim is that most internet providers don’t want you to have high speed WiFi… stupid in its own right, but that 300mbps… that’s like a giant leap backward from my 1600 router… hell, I even get 350mbps on my carrier-supplied WiFi.
They’re spamming cheap 2.4ghz repeaters, these things usually cost about $12.99 and… $49 a pop or four for $125..
Hell, here’s a 1200mbps 2.4/5ghz repeater for $26. That’s 400% the speed and 2x the bands for the same price.
Stupid spam is stupid.
