YouTube directs armed riot planning to other channels
Planning an armed insurrection on the 16th, 17th, 19th and 20th? Well you can’t do it in the comments section of Trump’s channel any more. I wrote about this two or three days ago, but it appears YouTube has gotten on the ball only two weeks too late and it appears they had a good 30+ hours to keep planning and recruiting in public, on YouTube.
TL;DR – comments turned off, first strike warning issued to Trump team which puts channel a week timeout from uploading new videos.
They have not, however stopped the very public planning on multiple other channels, so there’s that. Great job YouTube, locked the barn door weeks after the horses escaped.
So remember, planning armed riots in a public comments section on YouTube? Go to the response videos, or you know just go over to One America News Network and check out the comments section.
I’d be interested to know what new video content that was uploaded to that channel actually got them to lay down the incredibly weak slap, because make no mistake they’ve claimed it violated their policies and they’ve never enforced them before on his channel. If they’d just said “we removed comments as they’re trying to recruit Gravy Seals” that would be one thing, but they’ve vaguebooked.
