Opensignal’s 5G report indicates your coverage probably getting better

Opensignal’s new report on the state of 5G tends to indicate things are getting fast out there. As I’m sitting in a Costco waiting on a tire fix on a laptop that’s too small for me to comfortably work on, this entire article will be a TL;DR version.

T-Mobile fastest download.
Verizon/AT&T tied for first in video streaming
Verizon for gaming experience

You can see the breakdown at the link below, but the clear cut conclusion is that every single carrier on the list will claim they’re ranked #1 on Opensignal in their advertising. I also highly suspect that the video/gaming scores are back-end rather than signal end and can be corrected with some tweaking and 50 million dollars in higher end routers.
