Roku & Google sitting on TV – Y o u t u b e
Roku and Google have struck a deal and YouTube and YouTube TV will once again have a home on the streaming platform. Roku had previously locked YouTube TV out for unspe$ified reasons resulting in Google moving YouTube TV into the YouTube app on Roku, but that appears to be re$olved now based on a tweet from Roku.
No details of the deal are out there, but it doesn’t bode well when a product you purchase can update and throw a hissy fit about licensing fees paid for by an app you purchased the product to run.
