Google donates 3 hours of 2021 profit to college funds

Alphabet, the company who owns Google and more things than you can shake a stick at, is making a $6 million investment in The Thurgood Marshall College Fund and United Negro College Fund.

Alphabet reported a $20.64 billion profit in 2021

Making about $56,550,000.00 a day in profits. This means it’s a a measly $2.35 million an hour, $39,270.83 a minute, or $654.51 a second. They are investing 152.7 minutes of reported 2021 profits into these funds during Black History Month if I did the math right.

Good job and all, but in the time it took to pat themselves on the back about it with graphics and a blog post they blew by that in profits in 2022. Make a real investment Google. Also seriously, consider centering the photo.
