Stalk your Ohio ex as GPS stalking still legal there?

While Airtags are the story here, and upcoming laws concerning making it illegal to use them to stalk, evidently Ohio allows GPS / electronic position stalking currently if you believe the news.

Or you know, it could already be covered under Ohio code 2903.211, illegal in 50 states to use a GPS on a vehicle you do not own, it’s illegal in Ohio to place a GPS on a vehicle you don’t own, plenty of other actionable laws that could be enforced, but you know, “”Airtags.”

Lordy, just your standard anti-stalking laws it seems would cover a large chunk of this. A case could be made for the Ohio wiretapping statutes to be used but that might be stretch.

This seems like it’s already covered, let’s mention Airtags again because obviously.
