It’s July 12, I have two G Pay options, both going away to become Wallet
Wallet is coming out. It’s got some features I want and I just went to check and see if it was yet and nope… but now I’ve got two apps called G Pay. One appears to have $25 balance on it, and the other appears to have my Adventure Science Center membership in it.
TL;DR – just observing there’re two apps with the same name by the same company and both are going away
One has a text logo and says it’s Google Pay, one looks like a couple of paperclips humping and is labeled GPay.
One shows as a Google Play service, the other as an app. Both are going away to be replaced by Wallet later on.
