Aw man, cracked the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G screen
Woke up this morning phone was fine. Put it in my pocket, went down the stairs, pulled it out and the screen had a 1 inch crack running under the front facing camera.
Thing here is I am absolutely certain that 1) it did not have a crack when I put it in my pocket because I was checking an email, 2) I did not slam anything.
I suspect that there was unseen damage from an amusement park on Friday, or that there’s a weakness where the crack started (which appears to be directly under a speaker hole).
Trying to decide if I can live with it, if there’s anything to fix microscopic straight line cracks that works well, upgrade time, or what.
Anyone have any experience with minor crack repair? Is it new digitizer time?
