Pixel 7 Pro (day 4, running)

Today’s the fourth day I’ve had the Pixel 7 Pro. Here’s some of what I’ve done with it and maybe later today there’ll be something interesting.

I’m embedding a Facebook post. I know FB compresses the hell out of photos and this is not the quality you get, but I’m short on time today and if you want the originals just hit me up with a place to send them. There are a couple of videos, two photospheres, bunches of squirrel pics.

Gloomy and overcast day. Very Halloween.

Have watched as one telephone spammer after another gets caught having to state a reason they’re calling me and never calls back. Phone feels quite snappy even with all my apps now finally up and running.

Google Pixel 7 Pro camera at night, backlit.
Halloween low light back lit. Edited in the app a it to lighten it up.

Got a few surprising Halloween photos – the one above is backlit, at night, I was 20+ feet away. I mean, it’s not a great photo but it is kind of impressive in terms of low light. I could rip the photo to shreds, but for how bad the lighting was and what it produced I’m actually ok with it… even with my pixel snobbishness.

image 1 - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here
Interesting photo fail I found. I suspect I was playing around with “motion” or portrait when I took this.

Here’s a link to all the things Pixel 7 Pro we’ve tagged… just more thoughts, findings, etc as the days go on.
