Meta releases Threads to everyone tomorrow, to get it today…
Open Instagram, hit the search, type “thread” but don’t push anything – should be a little ticket that shows over on the right side. Click it and you’ve got your invite and play/app store download link.
I’ve been on threads since the early portions of this particular hour and for the moment at least it reminds me a bit of ICQ and Twitter in the early days. Eh, we’ll see.
I’m having issues with getting images off the phone tonight and rather unenthused after a fairly long and hot day. So picture a wall of text from various people you follow and you’ve got it.
If you can’t get the “hack” to work, well, wait a few hours and Threads should be showing in the app and Play stores
Trying to get our @pocketables to even sign in today is giving issues, but that will most likely be our immediately unused Threads account.
