Windows Phone 7 has update issues, Microsoft apologizes

Update

Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 has had a mixed reception. On one hand, the operating system is of pure speed and beauty. But on the other hand, that speed and beauty isn't very useful, considering the constant bugs that plague it.

So when Microsoft finally released an update to "fix" most of these bugs, the users of these devices were really disappointed to find out that the issues still remained.

Microsoft acknowledges that fact and in a statement released today, company VP Joe Belfiore apologized for intermittent releases for different users and admitted that the actual update itself was not complete. So even though some users may have received the update, there is a possibility that the device would've gotten one of the updates that were corrupt.

In my opinion, Microsoft should punish Mr. Belfiore pretty harshly. The company can't afford to make mistakes given their lack of pushing into the smartphone market.
