Wacom announces capacitive stylus

20110412-205632.jpg

Wacom is the go-to company when it comes to both consumer level and professional digitizer tablets used for photo editing and simlar tasks. I’ve had a few of their products myself and they are high quality and affordable (on the lower end). Now they’re going after the other kind of tablet, the type we talk about here on NBT. Their new stylus is pretty much like other rubber tip styli, but with a thinner tip that is supposed to improve accuracy. Whether that is the case we’ll find out in May. Wacom is still Wacom though, so hopefully the material used and the ergonomics will be of such quality that it will be worth the $25 asking price. Knowing myself, I’ll probably get one to see for myself.
