ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T also gets OTA update to 10.4.2.13
Just a day after the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity got its OTA update to 9.4.5.30, its little sibling got some love, too. Yesterday, an OTA update started rolling out for the ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T, bringing it up to 10.4.2.13. Since this device already has Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.1), it’s a relatively small update that ASUS claims brings only “stability improvements.”
Users who have accepted the update also note that certain bugs with the device’s camera appear to be fixed, but that’s about it – unlike the recent update for the Infinity, this one doesn’t bring any new features or enhancements.
Some rooted users have experienced problems or issues with the update, so be sure to proceed with caution, although Voodoo OTA RootKeeper does appear to do the trick for most.
